Sales Policy

  • Amadive only offers Fundive scuba diving to certified scuba diving guests, so full information is required when booking or via an inquiry email after booking.
  • Because scuba diving is an extreme sport, you need to make a complete, accurate and truthful medical declaration.
  • You need to carefully read the rules of participating in Amadive scuba diving, and the rules of Con Dao National Park when participating in all Amadive programs.
  • You are solely responsible and accept the penalty when violating the regulations of Amadive and Con Dao National Park.

Payment Policy

  • Amadive only accepts payments in VND.
  • Program prices are listed on Amadive’s website.
  • Visitors under 16 years old and under 1.4m tall will be charged a child fare, equal to 70% of the adult fare.
  • For booking codes more than 30 days before departure date, no deposit is required.
  • For booking codes less than 30 days before departure date, a deposit of at least 50% of the total value of the booking code is required.
  • For booking code less than 14 days before departure date, Traveler needs to pay 100% of booking value.

Note: you need to book your transportation to Con Dao before confirming your booking with Amadive.

  • Payment methods You can choose from the following payment methods:
    1. Payment by Cash.
    2. Payment by Transfer Banking.
    3. Visa/Master Card Online Payment.
    4. Payment via VNPay QR code.
    5. Payment via Payment Link VNpay.
  • For travelers who at the time of booking are booking directly at the Amadive pick up location, you can pay the Tour Guide directly.
  • For travelers who are far away, make reservations online or in person, you can use the above payment methods.

Cancel & Refund Policy

  • You will be refunded 100% of the paid amount in the following cases:
    1. The program cannot depart due to safety reasons, natural disasters, fires, bad weather, not ensuring safety for visitors.
    2. The program must be canceled at the request of the authorities, Con Dao National Park, Border Guard, Coast Guard, ……
    3. You cancel your reservation 30 days before departure date.
  • You will not be refunded in the following cases:
    1. You can cancel your reservation from 0 to 7 days from the date of departure.
    2. You voluntarily cancel the program without prior notice.
    3. You leave the program halfway.
    4. You must suspend the services in the program due to violating the rules of Amadive, the rules of the National Park, due to not ensuring the safety for the activities in the program.
    5. Courses at Amadive are non-refundable, Amadive Coaches will actively help students complete the course.
    6. Departed tours will not be refunded for any reason.
  • In case you cancel your reservation before the departure date, you will be applied the cancellation policy as follows:
    1. You cancel your reservation 31 days before departure date: 100% refund.
    2. You cancel your reservation 22 to 30 days before departure date: Refund 97% of the amount paid.
    3. You cancel your reservation 15 to 21 days before departure date: Charge 50% of the total Booking value.
    4. You cancel your reservation 8 to 14 days before departure date: Charge 80% of the total Booking value.
    5. You cancel your reservation 0 to 7 days before departure: No refund.

Note:

  • When you cancel your reservation, you must notify Amadive through Amadive’s official communication channels such as (hotline: 03 9241 9241, email: book.amadive@gmail.comOperation.amadive@gmail.com) and receive Amadive confirmed. The time is calculated at the time Amadive confirms your booking cancellation information.
  • You are not able to participate in the Travel program for other personal reasons: You are not allowed to enter and exit at the border gate because of violating one or several terms prescribed by the Immigration Department, on the part of the Company. We will do our best to help you to continue to participate in the program, when all measures are not possible, then the Company will consider the services that can be canceled and refund a part of the cost for you.
